Jason Tang and Maki Kawasaki established tang kawasaki studio in New York in 2001. The studio pursues projects including residential, commercial, retail and furniture design. Both Jason and Maki received their professional degrees in architecture from Cornell University and have worked with several architects including Calvert Wright, Ike Kligerman Barkley, Lewis Tsurumaki Lewis, Ogawa Depardon, and Patkau architects.
